Not at all. Group classes offer modifications for every level, and 1-on-1 sessions are ideal if you are brand new or returning after a break. We recommend starting with the 1-month package to find your rhythm.
Group classes (max 12 students) follow a shared sequence with energy and community. 1-on-1 sessions are fully tailored to your body, goals, injuries, and schedule — best for specific therapeutic needs or accelerated progress.
1 month is great for trying yoga or a short reset. 3 months builds real habit and strength — our most popular option. 6 months is for committed practitioners who want depth, advanced progressions, and the best per-session value.
Mostly sessions are Online, Ganga Immersion happens in-person
A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water. Blocks and straps are helpful but not required — household alternatives work. For online classes, a quiet space and stable internet connection are recommended.
